- 1. Current Coggins & Health Certificate on all livestock BEFORE unloading
- 2. Liability Waiver signed BEFORE unloading
- 3. Payment on or before arrival
- 4. $100 Refundable Damage/Cleaning Deposit on every reservation
- 5. Clean up after yourself and your horses or $100 deposit will be forfeited
- 6. No Smoking anywhere on the property
- 7. Dogs MUST be on a leash at all times
- 8. Quiet time is between 10pm-7am
- 9. Please be advised the property is under 24 hr. surveillance
- 10. If you clean out your trailer shavings/manure, please place in dumpster

Let the horses roll and stretch in our 105X40 pen. If you want to get in a quick ride or
some groundwork this is the place for it.
Please utilize our wash racks for bathing horses.
